- Applications submitted up to 4 weeks after the start of the lecture period will be dealt with until the middle of the lecture period
- Applications submitted up to 3 weeks before the end of the lecture period will be dealt with until the end of the lecture period.

During the lecture-free period Monday / Tuesday / Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
